Its nice to see that the Wild have some young talent that is being showcased on the world stage. And all 3 levels (forwards, defense, goalie) are being covered. I do find it kind of funny that the majority of these prospects are defensemen. Seems like the Wild are almost moving back towards the Jacques Lemaire years, where the Wild were a very difficult team defensively to play against, but were nothing special. I think Faber and Lambos will be excellent top pairing defensemen in the NHL someday. I think O'Rourke and Hunt will be decent middle pairing guys. Not completely sold on Peart yet.

Now the Wild have to hope that guys like Kaprizov, Rossi and Boldy keeping ascending. And that guys like Beckman, Ohgren, Yurov, Khusnutdinov and Novak turn into some real studs offensively. If that happen, then the Wild should be set going forward. But these are not guarantees...they are all a big crap shoot.
